How I Got Into Cloud
I started as a Product Manager (PM), spending every day aligning customer needs, technical constraints, and business costs. Over time, I realized the hardest part isn't the technology itself — it's helping non-technical people understand whether a technical solution is worth it.
That's exactly what pre-sales is about: not being the person who knows the most about a service, but being the one who can best translate it into the client's language.
So I earned my Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification and went deep into GCP, Tencent Cloud, and BytePlus product lines. I don't just read documentation — I build things: a Python LINE Bot, Gemini integrated into a family group chat, an interactive cloud solution recommendation tool for client demos.
I believe one thing: if you're going to present something to a client, you need to have built it yourself first. Direction matters more than speed. Do each project properly, and over time, that's your reputation.
Not Just Talk — I Build It
Demo。 The most convincing proof in pre-sales is actually building what you propose. These are cloud and AI projects I built from scratch that actually run — not architecture diagrams on a slide deck, but demos you can open in front of a client.
